Questions AI music artists actually get asked

Answered against the AI-only policy that governs everything published here

What is an AI music artist?

An AI music artist is a named act whose songs are generated or substantially assisted by AI models. On SKAi Entertainment the act has a real human owner behind it: the creator who wrote the brief, ran the models and takes responsibility for the rights. The artist page shows both — the persona the audience follows and the provenance record behind every release.

How do I know a track was really made with AI?

Every release carries a SKAi Verify record listing the declared models and tools, the creator's declaration, and the review outcome. Nothing reaches the public catalog before that record exists, and undeclared work is removed at review.

Who owns an AI-generated song?

The creator who published it, subject to the terms of the models they used and the rights in every input. Before publishing on SKAi, creators confirm they hold or have licensed the rights to each sample, stem, voice and likeness in the release. SKAi does not claim ownership of a creator's masters.

Can an AI music artist use another singer's voice?

Only with that person's written permission. Voice and likeness cloning without consent is a rights breach and a policy breach, and it ends in removal of the release and, for repeat cases, the creator account.

Can I sell AI-generated music?

Yes. Approved releases can be priced in the SKAi marketplace and bought by fans, and those purchases fund the creator's next generation run. Commercial use still depends on the licence terms of the models used, which is exactly what the declared-tools record makes checkable.

Does AI music count as real music?

The audience decides that. SKAi's position is narrower and simpler: it should never be unclear how something was made. Label it honestly, credit the tools, clear the rights, and let listeners choose.

Is human-made music allowed on SKAi Entertainment?

No. SKAi is permanently AI-only: AI videos, AI music videos, AI creators, AI broadcasts, AI podcasts and AI events. Content that is not AI-generated or AI-assisted is out of scope and is not published.
